Key Responsibilities:Accounts:
Enter daily purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries in Tally.
Maintain ledgers, cash book, and bank reconciliation statements.
Generate GST-compliant invoices and support GST return filing.
Assist in monthly/quarterly TDS, PF, and ESI documentation.
Maintain records for vendor payments and follow-ups.
Prepare financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, etc.
Computer/Administrative Tasks:
Data entry, record maintenance, and document preparation in MS Office.
Manage and organize digital and physical files related to accounts and company operations.
Handle email communications with vendors and clients.
Assist in inventory records and service billing.
Basic computer troubleshooting and support for the office team.
