Key Responsibilities:
Prepare complete dispatch documents including invoice, packing list, and insurance copy
Maintain accurate records of sales and purchase invoices
Assist in GST return preparation and filing
Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations
Ensure timely data entry and report generation using Tally or other ERP tools
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent)
1-3 years of relevant accounting experience in a manufacturing setup
Proficiency in
Tally
is mandatory
Familiarity with
GST return filing
Knowledge of
SAP, Ariba, or other ERP systems
is a plus
Strong working knowledge of
Gujarati and English
(both written and verbal)
