Accountant

(Minimum 3+ Year Experience)

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of professional accounting experience

- Proficiency in

Tally, GST compliance

, and

basic taxation

- Strong knowledge of

bookkeeping, account reconciliations

, and

financial reporting

- Familiarity with

TDS filing

and

income-expense tracking

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

- Ability to generate

product-wise financial performance reports

(e.g., marketing spend vs revenue per product)

- Basic knowledge of how to prepare a

startup pitch deck

from a financial standpoint

- Understanding of

financial forecastin

g and

futuristic profit

estimation

- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail

- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for MIS reports

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations

- Maintain and reconcile financial statements, ledgers, and records

- Prepare and file

GST returns, TDS

, and other statutory reports

- Track and report

income vs expense

across various departments and projects

- Generate

product-wise marketing expense and income analysis reports

- Assist in

budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management

- Work closely with the CA for audits, financial compliance, and reporting

- Support in creating

financial sections of startup pitch decks

- Conduct

profit forecasting

and help set financial goals based on market and internal data

- Create

MIS reports,

dashboards, and assist management with data-driven insights

- Suggest process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
