Job summary:

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team at our Ahmedabad Head Office.The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in financial record-keeping, accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliation, and audit preparation. Proficiency in Tally and a background in E-Commerce platforms are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, manage payments, and monitor outstanding receivables. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate reporting of financial transactions. Reporting Support: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including GSTR1 and GSTR3B filings. Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into Tally and ensure data integrity. Audit Preparation: Support internal and external audits by gathering documentation and assisting with audit requests. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other departments (e.g., sales, logistics) to resolve financial discrepancies. MIS Reports: Preparation of MIS reports to aid in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

Post-Graduate / Inter-CA / M.Com Proficiency in English and Hindi languages Experience with E-Commerce platforms preferred
