Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Accountant

to manage the financial operations of our EV motors spare parts manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, manufacturing finance, and

basic logistics coordination

, including inventory and dispatch tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

Maintain day-to-day financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). Manage cost accounting related to manufacturing processes and material movements. Support internal and external audits.

Logistics & Inventory Coordination:

Coordinate with the logistics team for dispatches, tracking, and documentation. Reconcile stock and inventory records with the finance system. Monitor inward and outward stock movements in coordination with the warehouse. Assist in optimising supply chain costs and vendor payment tracking. Maintain proper documentation for transportation, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans. Familiarity with courier platforms such as DHL, FedEx, Aramex, etc.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter/MBA Finance is a plus). 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing setup. Working knowledge of

logistics/inventory processes

is a must. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, SAP, etc.). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax laws. Flexibility: Role may evolve as the business expands

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in EV or automotive spare parts industry. Hands-on with ERP systems integrated with inventory modules. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (logistics, operations, etc.).
