Key Responsibilities
Financial Recordkeeping:*
Maintain and update general ledger accounts, journal entries, and financial documentation.
Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:*
Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements.
Prepare and send customer invoices, follow up on collections.
Banking & Reconciliation:*
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
Monitor and record all bank transactions.
Taxation & Compliance:*
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
Reporting & Analysis:*
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet).
Assist management in budgeting and financial planning.
Audit Support:*
Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Provide required documentation and resolve audit queries.

Qualifications & Skills
Education:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred).
Experience:1-3 years of relevant experience (Fresher can be considered for Junior Accountant role).
Technical Skills:*
Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho Books).
Soft Skills:*
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.
