Key Responsibilities:
Record and reconcile financial transactions and journal entries.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory standards.
Assist with audits and tax filings.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Collaborate with other departments for financial data and queries.
