Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting Management: Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
• Financial Auditing: Conduct audits of financial information to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Investment Advice: Provide strategic advice on investment activities and financial decisions to enhance company growth.
• Tax and Compliance: Handle GST and TDS filing, and ensure compliance with the Company Act and other regulatory requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain and update financial records, including bookkeeping, import-export transactions, and other accounting documents.
• Coordination: Liaise with banks and government departments for financial and regulatory matters.
• Licensing: Manage the renewal process for various licenses and permits.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Tally Prime and other accounting software.
• In-depth knowledge of TDS, GST, import-export accounting, and bookkeeping.
• Experience in auditing, financial reporting, and investment advisory.
• Familiarity with the Company Act and regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
