to manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, taxation compliance, and budgeting activities. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and statutory/ regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, entries, and reconciliations.
Maintain general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and expense records.
Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions as per accounting standards.
2. Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Generate MIS reports, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.
Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
3. Taxation & Compliance
Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, returns, and reconciliations.
Ensure statutory compliance with all financial regulations.
Coordinate with consultants for tax audits and assessments.
4. Payroll & Vendor Management
Oversee payroll processing, salary sheets, and statutory deductions (PF/ESI).
Handle vendor bills, payment cycles, and vendor account reconciliation.
5. Budgeting & Financial Control
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial planning reports.
Monitor expenditure vs. budget and highlight deviations.
Assist in financial strategy, cost optimization, and internal controls.
Skills & Requirements
7-10 years of proven experience in accounting & finance.
Strong knowledge of
Tally ERP / Tally Prime
, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Company Act compliance.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and maintain financial accuracy.
