Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Tally Bookeeping, GST filing, TDS filing, and possess extensive experience in accounting practices. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Prepare and file GST returns accurately and in a timely manner.
Handle all aspects of TDS compliance, including filing TDS returns, issuing TDS certificates, and resolving any related issues.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial guidance and support as needed.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations related to GST and TDS.
Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant with expertise in GST and TDS filing.
In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulations.
Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification preferred but not required.
