Key Responsibilities:
1. Tally Operations: Execute and manage all accounting transactions using Tally software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
2. Bookkeeping: Maintain comprehensive and organized financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other supporting documentation.
3. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure accurate financial reporting.
4. Expense Management: Track and manage company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
5. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other financial documents as required.
6. Compliance: Stay informed about relevant financial regulations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
7. Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address any financial queries or concerns.
8. Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor queries.GST:

- Maintain internal Database of Purchases, reconcile purchases with GSTR2
- Use Cleartax to generate GSTR1, GSTR3B
- Help CA in annual reconciliation for GSTR9
- Ensure employee attendance is uploaded before running payroll
- Create payroll reports using HRMS - Salary register, Tax reports including PT, ESIC, EPFO, TDS
- Income Tax: Aid in the calculation of advance tax liability and filing
- TDS filing - Maintain TDS records and challan details for quarterly filings
