Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and organize general ledgers, financial statements, and other accounting records. Accounts Management: Handle accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and ensure all transactions are accurately entered and recorded. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting. Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations, assist with internal and external audits, and help prepare tax returns. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction or profit maximization. Payment and Payroll: Ensure timely payment of invoices and manage payroll functions. Process Improvement: Develop and implement new accounting systems or procedures and recommend improvements to financial processes. Skills and Qualifications Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in a similar role or a Bachelor's degree in accounting is often preferred.
