About the Role
We are looking for a focused, deadline-driven, & Highly organized individual to join our team as an Accountant. We are specifically seeking someone with 1-2 years of experience working with a Chartered Accountant (CA) or in a similar role. If you have a solid understanding of all compliances like GST filling and reconciliation, TDS filling & reconciliation, PT, Bank Reconciliation, and preparing for ITR wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities-
Daily Bookkeeping:
Record day-to-day bank transactions for all company and personal accounts to ensure the books are updated daily.
Compliance Management:
Handle all compliance-related filings (GST, TDS, etc.) well before the deadlines to avoid any delays.
Reconciliations:
Perform regular bank reconciliations and GST reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate.
Weekly Reporting:
Prepare and send structured financial reports every week to the management, providing a clear overview of financial activities.
Payment Follow-Ups:
Follow up with clients to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Coordination:
Work closely with cross-functional teams and external parties for smooth financial operations and communications.
Document Management:
Maintain organized physical files for all financial and administrative paperwork.
Ensure all documents are readily available for reference when needed.
Salary and Vendor Payments:
Process monthly salary payouts and ensure timely payments to vendors.
Bank Visits:
Visit banks to handle any necessary tasks or issues as and when required.
Contract Management:
Create and send client contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Document Sharing:
Share required documents with internal or external stakeholders as per requests.
Personal Finances and Investments:
Manage personal financial records, including tracking and analyzing investments.
Handle paperwork related to personal finances, such as tax filings, refund claims, or settling disputes.
Follow-Up for Refunds and Claims:
Take responsibility for following up on any outstanding refunds or claims and ensure timely resolution.
Miscellaneous Financial Support:
Assist with any ad hoc financial tasks or administrative duties as needed.
