Job Role:

- Accounts Executive - Female Candidate Only.

Department

: Accounts.

Project/Product Focus:

- Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants.

Key Responsibilities: -

Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP software. Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and maintain proper billing records. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and company ledgers. Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking. Support in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents. Coordinate with management for financial reports. Maintain proper filing of vouchers, bills, and financial records. Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.

Experience

: - Fresher or 1-2 years in the Accounts/Finance field.

Salary Range:

- ₹15,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience and skills).

Job Type

: - Full-time, on-site.

Ideal Candidate Should Have: -

Knowledge of accounting software (Tally ERP 9/Prime or similar). Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other accounting compliance. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email). Good communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
