About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Accountant

(Female) to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate books of accounts, and ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with

Tally

and

Zoho Books

, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain daily accounting transactions using

Tally ERP

and

Zoho Books

. Prepare and maintain general ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliation statements. Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and vendor payments. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Coordinate with auditors for yearly audits and financial reviews. Track and manage company expenses, petty cash, and reimbursements. Ensure accurate and timely closing of books of accounts. Support management with financial data, analysis, and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com preferred). minimum 2 years of accounting experience. Proficiency in

Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

and

Zoho Books

(mandatory). Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation system. Excellent command of Excel and MS Office tools. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience working with SMEs or service-based organizations. Familiarity with Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho Expense, etc.) will be an advantage. Good communication skills and team collaboration.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
