Key Responsibilities:
Managing Account related work like invoicing, Stocks, Ledgers, Eway Bills and month by monthly account management.
Managing data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.
Handling administrative and clerical tasks to support office operations.
Coordinating with different departments for smooth workflow.
Maintaining and updating databases and reports as required.
Assisting in email and call correspondence with clients and internal teams.
Ensuring proper filing and organization of company documents.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Must be fluent in
Hindi
(both spoken and written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently.
Prior experience in back-office operations is preferred but not mandatory.
