Manage and update daily fee collections and records accurately.
Handle fee-related queries from parents and students.
Maintain fee receipts, ledgers, and ensure timely entry in ERP systems.
Coordinate with accounts and administration for fee reconciliation.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly fee reports using Advanced Excel.
Assist in audits and compliance related to fee management.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and smooth functioning of the fee department.
? Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of
Advanced Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS reporting, etc.).
Working experience with
ERP systems
(school ERP preferred).
Good communication and record-keeping skills.
Ability to handle pressure and maintain accuracy.
? Candidate Profile:
Male candidate preferred.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a school fee department.
Must be disciplined, responsible, and trustworthy.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
