Role Overview

We are looking for an

Accounts Manager with strong hands-on experience in Zoho Books and e-commerce accounting

to manage the complete financial function for our

D2C and marketplace business

. You will own

marketplace settlements, MIS, P&L, claims, returns, refunds, compliance, and payroll

with full accuracy and closure responsibility.

This role demands deep ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to independently learn marketplace systems, raise tickets, follow up, and close discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Accounting & Settlements

Reconcile settlement reports from

Myntra, AJIO, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.

Validate: orders vs payouts commissions & platform fees logistics charges penalties and recoveries returns and refunds Independently raise and track

support tickets and claims

for: short payments wrong deductions lost / damaged / RTO recoveries Ensure closure and recovery without escalation support.
2. MIS & P&L Ownership

Prepare

daily, weekly, and monthly MIS

covering: channel-wise revenue commissions & costs discounts & net margins returns % and recovery status Create

channel-wise and overall P&L

Identify and report: margin leakage abnormal deductions profitability gaps Present clean, management-ready reports.
3. Books of Accounts - Zoho Books (Mandatory)

Maintain end-to-end accounting in

Zoho Books

: sales, purchases, expenses journal entries debit & credit notes bank entries and

BRS

Maintain: receivables & payables ageing reports reconciliation with settlement data.
4. GST & Statutory Compliance

Prepare and maintain GST data Coordinate return filings with CA Generate and manage

e-way bills

Maintain compliance calendars and documentation.
5. Returns, Refunds & Claim Accounting

Track and reconcile: returns refunds claim credits Maintain return and refund registers Ensure correct reversal entries and impact on P&L.
6. Payroll & HR Finance Support

Process payroll end-to-end Maintain: attendance and leave data salary sheets TDS and statutory deductions Coordinate filings and compliance.
Skills & Requirements

Mandatory:

Strong hands-on experience with

Zoho Books

Prior exposure to

e-commerce / marketplace accounting

Excellent command over: settlement reconciliation P&L & Balance Sheet GST & statutory compliance Advanced

Excel / Google Sheets

(reconciliation, MIS, pivot, formulas) Experience handling: claims returns refunds short-payment recovery Comfortable working fully remote with: support portals documentation ticketing systems High ownership mindset and problem-solving ability.
