1 - 3 years (Zoho Books/Zoho software experience preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations using
Zoho Books/Zoho software
.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and statements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
Generate MIS reports, GST returns, and other statutory compliances.
Assist in financial audits and coordinate with auditors when required.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
Skills & Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce/Finance (B.Com/M.Com or equivalent).
Proficiency in
Zoho Books/Zoho Accounting software
is a must.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
