to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our electronics manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, statutory compliance, vendor/customer accounting, and coordination with internal departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in
Tally / ERP
Record purchase, sales, expenses, and journal entries
Maintain general ledger and supporting schedules
Vendor & Customer Accounting
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain customer ledgers and follow up on receivables
Tally ERP / Tally Prime
MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)
Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF & ESI
Basic understanding of inventory accounting
Soft Skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines
Team player with problem-solving skills
