Job Title: Accountant (Female Candidate Only)

Location: Marol, Nr. Marol-Naka Metro Station, Mumbai 59.

Working Days: Mon-Sat (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Experience: Min. 5 years in the Acountancy field.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping

? Booking of sales, purchase, expense, credit notes, and debit notes

? Prepaid expense entries and monthly provisions (salary, depr., electricity, legal, tel.)

? Maintaining fixed asset register and recording depreciation

? Managing vendor outstanding and client reconciliations

Banking & Reconciliation

? Bank reconciliation

? Payment and loan EMI reconciliation

TDS reconciliation and Form 26AS updates

Compliance & Taxation

? GST computations, GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B filing, and GSTR-2B reconciliation

? Ensuring GST payable matches return filings

? PF and ESI reconciliation

? Supporting internal and external audits

Inventory & Stock Control

? Inventory management and updating stock values

Party & Ledger Confirmations

? Debtor and Creditor confirmations

? Resolving discrepancies in customer accounts and billing

Reporting & Coordination

? Preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements

? Creating reconciliation reports, maintaining tax database

? Emailing, client coordination, and inter-department communication

Tools You'll Use:

? Tally ERP / Tally Prime

? Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

? Google Drive / Shared Folder for documentation

Key Skills Required:

? Strong skills in reconciliation, accuracy, and reporting

? Ability to communicate with CA and management clearly

? Organized, deadline-oriented, and proactive

Eligibility Criteria:

?Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
