Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Accountant Executive

to manage daily financial tasks, ensure accurate financial records, and support the finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. Maintain general ledger entries and ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions. Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and summaries. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (GST, TDS, income tax, etc.). Coordinate with external auditors during audits. Monitor company's financial performance by analyzing data and producing reports. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements, if required. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience (2-5 years) in accounting or finance roles. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP). Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial analysis tools. Familiarity with tax regulations, compliance, and audit processes. Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Master's degree or professional certifications (CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, CPA, etc.). Experience in food industry are preferred.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
