We're looking for a sharp, proactive Online Accountant Specialist who knows their way around e-commerce finances like a pro. If you've handled accounts for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and preferably D2C brand operations -- you'll feel right at home here.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial records
Handle reconciliation for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and website/D2C orders
Track payouts, returns, RTO, claims, and settlement reports from marketplaces
Maintain accurate books using accounting software (Zoho / Tally / QuickBooks etc.)
Prepare GST working, filing data, invoicing, debit notes & credit notes
Maintain inventory accounting, costing, and stock adjustments
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams for smooth workflow
Monthly P&L, balance sheet & financial reporting
Identify mismatches, leakages, and profitability improvement areas
Assist in some order processing operations
Requirements
3-5 years of experience
in e-commerce accounting (Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra mandatory)
Strong understanding of marketplace fee structures, deductions & settlements
Experience with
GST, TDS, and Indian compliance
Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas)
Detail-oriented, reliable, and strong problem-solving mindset
Prior experience with
D2C brand finances is a major plus
