Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Accountant to manage our company's financial records, ensure smooth day-to-day accounting operations and collections at our family-run hardware wholesale business in Durgapur. The role is perfect for someone who's confident with Tally and Excel, disciplined with money handling, and is open to long-term growth. The ideal candidate must be eager to learn new things, should know how to ride a two wheeler, a solid understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines is essential.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting using

Tally

and Excel. Prepare and maintain bills, ledgers, and GST records Vendor/client reconciliations

Collect payments

from clients and follow up on outstanding dues Accounting using excel and prepare basic reports

Requirements:

Basic Knowledge of Tally & Excel

Honest, punctual, and capable of handling responsibility Physically and mentally fit to move around for collection work Preferably from

Durgapur or nearby areas

Experience: 1-3 years preferred, but

skill and sincerity > degrees
