Prepare and manage all export documents, including:
Commercial Invoices
Packing Lists
Shipping Bills
Bills of Lading / Airway Bills
Certificates of Origin and other regulatory documents
Ensure documents are accurate, compliant, and prepared as per buyer, CHA, and shipping line requirements.
Maintain proper physical and digital filing of all export-related documents.
2. Coordination & Logistics
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers/CHA, and shipping lines for timely shipment planning and execution.
Follow up for draft BL, final BL, and other shipping documents.
Coordinate with internal
accounts, sales, and logistics
teams to ensure smooth shipment flow.
3. Bank & Forex Documentation
Handle bank-related export documentation including:
Submission of export bills (DP/DA/LC)
Tracking and follow-up for realization of export proceeds
Processing BRCs (Bank Realization Certificates)
Manage LC and other trade finance documents with banks.
Maintain records for export incentives and related compliance.
4. Accounts & GST Support
Pass accounting entries and maintain all transaction accounts (digitally and manually)
Perform bank reconciliation
Assist in GST-related documentation and filings for exports (LUT, refund applications, etc.).
