to assist in day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate will support senior accountants in maintaining financial records, handling invoices, and ensuring accuracy in accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and update accounting records
Prepare and verify purchase & sales invoices
Record daily vouchers, expenses, and payments
Assist in GST entries, returns, and basic compliance work
Maintain bank records and assist in bank reconciliation
Support monthly and yearly closing activities
Coordinate with internal departments for billing and documentation
Maintain proper filing of financial documents (physical & digital)
Required Qualifications
B.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Knowledge of GST is preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred)
Skills Required
Basic accounting and numerical skills

Good organizational skills
Ability to work under supervision
