Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts (Tally / accounting software)
Record daily transactions, receipts, and payments
Manage accounts payable & receivable
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle
GST, TDS, and tax filings
Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
Manage invoicing, brokerage payments & commissions
Coordinate with CA for audits and compliance
Maintain vendor, client, and payroll records
Ensure statutory compliance and timely filings
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2-5 years of accounting experience (real estate preferred)
Strong knowledge of
Tally, Excel, GST, TDS
Understanding of real estate brokerage accounting
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience in real estate or construction industry
Knowledge of RERA compliance
Familiarity with commission-based accounting
