We are looking for a

skilled and detail-oriented Accountant

to manage our day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and e-commerce accounting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with

Zoho Books and Tally

, strong knowledge of

GST & TDS

, and practical exposure to

Amazon & Flipkart seller accounting

.

Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain complete books of accounts in

Zoho Books and Tally

Record all

purchase, sales, expenses, payments & receipts

Reconcile bank statements, cash, creditors & debtors Maintain inventory and party ledgers accurately

GST Compliance

Prepare and file

GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)

GST reconciliation with purchase data and vendor invoices Handle GST notices, mismatches, and follow-ups Maintain proper GST documentation and records

TDS & Statutory Compliance

Deduction and filing of

TDS returns

Prepare TDS challans and certificates (Form 16 / 16A) Ensure timely compliance with all statutory deadlines

E-commerce Accounting (Amazon / Flipkart)

Accounting of

Amazon & Flipkart sales invoices

Reconcile: Sales reports GST reports Settlement reports Fees, commissions, returns & refunds Handle e-commerce GST complexities (marketplace transactions) Coordinate with operations team for accurate reporting

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare monthly MIS reports Coordinate with CA for audits, filings, and assessments Support management with financial data and summaries

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification

2-5 years

of relevant accounting experience Strong working knowledge of

Zoho Books & Tally

Sound understanding of

GST & TDS laws

Practical experience in

Amazon & Flipkart accounting

Good Excel skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Experience:

Experience in

trading / wholesale / e-commerce businesses

Experience handling

multiple firms or brands

Prior coordination with CA firms

Salary:

As per experience & skill level (Best in industry)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
