We are looking for an Accountant with hands-on experience in statutory compliances, payroll management, and day-to-day accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage PF and ESIC compliances and monthly filings
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing
Manage GST input/output, monthly return filing, reconciliation, and compliance
Prepare and generate pay slips, maintain employee payroll records
Handle monthly salary processing and payroll documentation
Maintain accounts and financial entries in Tally ERP
Ensure compliance with labour laws, wage regulations, and statutory requirements
Stay updated with changes in government portals, tax norms, and policy updates
Prepare accounting reports, MIS, and ensure financial accuracy
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for smooth month-end processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in accounting, payroll, and statutory compliance
Strong proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, PF/ESIC portals, GST portals, and TDS filing
Understanding of labour laws, wage acts, and accounting standards
Ability to manage deadlines and maintain data accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
