Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the full set of accounting functions, including general ledger accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting. Oversee import-related accounting such as LC entries, foreign currency transactions, landed cost calculations, and vendor payments. Handle month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Prepare and review GST, TDS, and other statutory filings; ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Reconcile inter-company, supplier, and customer accounts on a regular basis. Monitor inventory movements and coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams for accurate valuation and stock audit. Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and banks for audits, assessments, and financial documentation. Implement internal controls and process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Support management with MIS reports, cost analysis, and profitability reviews.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and import documentation. Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Zoho Books / SAP (or other accounting software). Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate across departments. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
