Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Record daily accounting transactions using Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks
Maintain general ledger, journals, and vouchers
Prepare and manage
accounts receivable and payable
Payroll & Salary Processing
Coordinate monthly
payroll processing
in collaboration with HR
Calculate and deduct
Provident Fund (PF)
,
TDS
, and
Professional Tax (PT)
Ensure
timely PF deposits
and file
EPFO returns
Generate and distribute
monthly salary slips
to all employees
Maintain confidentiality of salary records and employee financial data
Statutory Compliance
Prepare and file
GST returns
,
TDS returns
, and
PF/ESI challans
Liaise with statutory auditors, CAs, and government authorities
Keep updated with latest changes in income tax, GST, and labor laws
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Reconcile
bank statements
, vendor/client accounts
Generate
monthly MIS reports
, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements
Assist in budget preparation and internal financial audits
Requirements:
B.Com/M.Com or CA Inter with 1-4 years of experience
Knowledge of PF, ESI, GST, and TDS regulations
Proficient in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks
Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Experience in
salary processing

generating salary slips
Excellent attention to detail and deadline orientation
Experience in IT/Software companies preferred
