Account Reconciliations: Perform account reconciliations, including bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial statements.
General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and credit notes.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Audit and Taxation: Assist with external audits and taxation matters, including preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including management reports.
Assist in calculating and ensuring compliance with TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax) requirements.
Required Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field in Accounting or Finance.
Proficiency in Tally accounting software is necessary
Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
Keen attention to detail in invoice creation, billing, and payment processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
