AYRS Graphics is a leading printing press specializing in high-quality book production. We are equipped with advanced machinery and cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional printing solutions. We are looking for energetic and experienced Accountant preferably from

Manufacturing or Printing Press background.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations for the printing press. Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely compliance. Handle TDS computations, deductions, and filings. Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable. Conduct cost analysis and prepare detailed costing reports for production jobs. Reconcile bank statements, financial ledgers, and other accounts. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Support financial audits and reporting requirements. Generate financial reports to support business decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as an accountant in a manufacturing unit, preferably printing or production-related industries. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS regulations, and other tax compliance requirements. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP or other financial tools. Advanced skills in MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
