S. Narang Constructions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

2. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including bank reconciliations, petty cash transactions, and expense reports.

3. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and ensure financial stability.

4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

5. Assist in the preparation of tax returns, audits, and other regulatory filings.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

7. Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.

8. Provide support during financial audits and assist in resolving any audit findings.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, accounting principles, and regulatory changes to maintain knowledge and expertise in the field.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.

4. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel and other relevant software.

5. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
