Job Opening: Accountant - VINR Skin & Hair Care (Delhi NCR)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, returns, expenses) Reconcile bank statements, payment gateways (Razorpay, Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, etc.) Prepare and maintain GST reports, filings, and returns Handle TDS, advance tax, and basic income tax compliance Coordinate with CA for monthly reports and statutory filings Manage inventory-related accounting and vendor payments Maintain petty cash records, vendor bills, and expense vouchers Support in budgeting, cash flow management, and P&L preparation Prepare invoice sheets, debit/credit notes, and reconcile discrepancies Maintain clean financial records for internal/external audits
Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in accounting (preferably in D2C, FMCG, or e-commerce startups) Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounts (M.Com or CA Inter is a plus) Proficiency in

Tally, Zoho Books, or Busy

, and Excel/Google Sheets Solid understanding of

GST, TDS, and Indian taxation norms

Ability to handle marketplace reconciliations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Strong documentation and organizational skills Trustworthy, deadline-oriented, and good at follow-ups
Bonus Points For:

Experience with accounting for

Amazon/Flipkart/Razorpay

transactions Basic knowledge of inventory/stock management in Tally Experience working with CA firms or startup finance teams Familiarity with invoice tools, purchase order systems, and vendor management
