The Accountant will manage daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, handle billing, and support the organization's financial health. The role requires attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage day-to-day accounts independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts)
Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and payment records
Handle vendor payments and follow up on customer dues
Maintain ledgers, bank reconciliation, and petty cash
Prepare monthly financial reports for management
Assist in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Coordinate with auditors during audits
Maintain organized and updated financial records
Support management in budgeting and financial planning
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1-2 years of accounting experience
(manufacturing industry preferred)
Basic knowledge of
Tally / Excel / Accounting software
Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory filings
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and documentation skills.
