We are currently seeking a dynamic Bookkeeper to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining our financial integrity. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Execute daily bookkeeping transactions with precision and accuracy. \xc2\xb7 Perform daily bank reconciliations for each property. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and analyze Budget Vs Actual for various projects. \xc2\xb7 Utilize accounting software, including QuickBooks and our internal software, to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. \xc2\xb7 Prepare Balance sheet and Profit and Loss statements for both real estate and Garment import company. \xc2\xb7 Be responsible of entering Import invoices / reports for garment import company. Make invoices as needed for trade between sister companies. Take care of payroll with ADP for employees. \xc2\xb7 Pay local domestic company bills, 7-10 weekly and give summary of disbursement. \xc2\xb7 Requirements: Work Timings : 3PM to 12:00 AM \xc2\xb7 Good Command over written and oral English. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in using QuickBooks Accounting (online and company internal software Visual) \xe2\x80\x93 a must! \xc2\xb7 Prior experience in Real Estate transactions. \xc2\xb7 Strong expertise in Excel, including Pivot tables. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and external partners. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. \xc2\xb7 Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records. \xc2\xb7 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. \xc2\xb7 Team player attitude, fostering a collaborative work environment. Preferred Experience: \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of handling accounts receivable, including dealing with payment reports from factoring companies like CIT. \xc2\xb7 Experience in Property Investment Management and/or construction \xe2\x80\x93 a significant advantage.
