Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
Maintain books of accounts, sales, purchase, and expense entries
Prepare MIS reports, stock valuation, and monthly summaries
Coordinate with CA/auditors for statutory requirements
Prepare P&L Site wise
Warehouse & Inventory
Manage inward & outward movement of HVAC materials (ACs, VRF, ducts, spares)
Maintain accurate stock records and conduct periodic stock audits
Coordinate with sales & service teams for material issuance
Ensure proper storage, tagging, and safety of inventory
Track shortages, damages, and slow-moving items
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting
2-5 years experience in accounting & warehouse/inventory management
Knowledge of
GST
, basic taxation, and Tally/ERP systems
Experience in HVAC, electrical, or construction industry preferred
Strong organizational, coordination, and reporting skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
