Job Description

This role requires a competent Accountant to manage the company's financial records and reporting, alongside responsibilities related to sports activities coordination, management, or promotion. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented in accounting tasks and passionate about sports, capable of handling both financial duties and sports-related responsibilities efficiently. Having interest in sports and good in excel & Accounting software.

Accounting Duties:

Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation. Prepare financial reports, budgets, and statements for management review. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Support audits and financial analysis as needed. Use accounting software proficiently (such as Tally, or Excel).

Sports-Related Duties:

Organize and coordinate sports events, competitions, and training sessions. Maintain inventory and procurement of sports equipment and supplies. Promote employee engagement in sports activities and healthy living initiatives. Liaise with sports clubs, vendors, or external sporting bodies. Manage sports facility maintenance or bookings if applicable. Support wellness programs and encourage team participation in fitness activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Prior experience in accounting roles. Passion for sports and experience in organizing or managing sports activities. Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications. Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse roles.
