Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoicing, and bookkeeping.
Handle accounts receivable/payable and reconcile bank statements.
Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings.
Maintain financial records and assist in preparing monthly/annual reports.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Sales Responsibilities:
Assist in generating new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and support in closing sales.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery follow-ups.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Preferred Profile:
Education:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/Marketing) or equivalent.
Experience:
2-5 years in a combined accounting and sales/coordinating role.
Good knowledge of
Tally / ERP software
and
MS Office
.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Candidates with experience in
construction, trading, or manufacturing industries
will be preferred.
