Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Duties
Maintain daily cashbook and update accounting entries.
Assist in accounts payable/receivable management.
Prepare sales invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
Reconcile daily sales and handle petty cash.
Assist senior accountant with monthly closing and GST/TDS-related tasks.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Retail Sales Duties
Greet and assist walk-in customers in the retail store.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Manage billing and POS operations.
Maintain store display, stock arrangement, and cleanliness.
Track inventory levels and report low-stock items.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets set by the management.
Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Familiarity with Tally/ERP software (preferred).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer usage.
Ability to multitask and work with accuracy.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
