Room Booking Management:
Handle reservations and room allocations
Guest Handling:
Responsibility for taking care of reception incoming calls and providing basic information, such as hours of operation or directions to the place, monitor guest adherence to property rules and regulations and directing other inquiries of the customers.
Guest Check-in/Check-out:
Maintain accurate records of guest check-ins and check-outs using EASY Software.
Activity Coordination:
Organize and oversee entertainment and in-house activities based on guest requirements.
Accounting & Reporting:
Responsible for uploading the accounting procedures such as Guest related accounts, cash/ bank accounts, petty cash, Store Income, & Daily activities in ZOHO Software.
Night Audit:
Handle night auditing tasks such as processing payments, reconciling cash drawers, balancing reports, and preparing next-day invoices.
Hygiene & Standards:
Ensure rooms and restaurants maintain proper hygiene and meet industry service standards.
