Maintain purchase records, bills, and vendor payments
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and basic reports
Follow up with vendors for quotations and deliveries
Maintain stock and purchase documentation
Assist in GST entries and basic compliance
Coordinate with internal teams for purchase requirements
Skills & Requirements:
1-2 years experience in accounting and purchase activities
Good working knowledge of
Tally Prime / ERP
Must know
Hindi or Marathi
(mandatory)
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of GST and MS Excel is preferred
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
