Job Description

We're looking for someone who can take full ownership of day-to-day e-commerce operations and keep everything running smoothly. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with accounting, online marketplaces, and basic AI tools. You'll work closely with our existing packaging team, manage listings, handle shipments, and maintain accurate accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Work on Tally Prime (latest version) for GST, purchase, sales, ledgers, and payments Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Blinkit, and other marketplaces Upload new products daily, including titles, descriptions, and image handling Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc., to improve listings and productivity Supervise and coordinate with in-house packaging staff Handle shipments, returns, claims, and daily dispatch activities Maintain accurate inventory and coordinate with vendors regularly Manage label printing and other printing-related tasks

Requirements

Strong experience with Tally Prime and GST Hands-on experience with e-commerce seller accounts Good understanding of online marketplaces and listing processes Basic knowledge of AI tools Strong communication and team management skills Ability to multitask and handle daily operational challenges

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
