Job Description

Accounting Duties:

Bookkeeping:

Daily recording of transactions, journal entries, and maintaining ledgers.

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

Processing invoices, payments, receipts, and managing client/vendor accounts.

Financial Reporting:

Preparing basic financial statements, expense reports, and assisting with budgets.

Payroll:

Processing salaries and managing employee expense reports.

Taxes & Compliance:

Assisting with GST filings, tax reports, and ensuring policy adherence.

Bank & Cash:

Bank reconciliations, managing petty cash.
Office Management Duties:

Administration:

Handling incoming/outgoing calls, emails, general correspondence, and filing.

Office Supplies & Facilities:

Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and coordinating maintenance.

Coordination:

Managing schedules, organizing meetings, and supporting staff.

Data & Documentation:

Maintaining accurate digital/physical records, ensuring confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
