Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounts, ledgers, and records.
Handle billing, invoicing, payments, and receipts.
Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
Manage petty cash and assist in bank-related work.
Support in filing GST, TDS, and other tax returns (if applicable).
Coordinate office administrative activities and maintain office files.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Assist management in preparing reports and documentation.
Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in accounting or office administration preferred.
