Key Responsibilities
Accounting:
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Receipts, Payments).
Prepare invoices, bills, and vouchers.
Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
Maintain petty cash and update financial records.
Office Assistance:
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for routine office operations.
Handle telephone calls, emails, and front-office duties.
Assist in documentation, filing, and maintaining company records.
Support HR and admin-related tasks when required.
Schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and provide general office support.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Commerce / Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).
1-3 years of experience in accounting and office administration.
Knowledge of Tally/QuickBooks or any accounting software preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Should be reliable, disciplined, and maintain confidentiality.
