Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions
Prepare financial statements and reports
Assist in budgeting and forecasting
Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash
Support payroll processing and employee expense reports
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement
Handle office correspondence, filing, and documentation
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Organize company events and meetings
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in accounting or related roles
Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Proactive and able to work independently
Team player with a cooperative attitude
