Manage service-related emails and customer inquiries.
Update and maintain Excel files for tracking and reporting.
Handle quotation requests for products and services.
Arrange courier services or hand deliveries as required.
Track delivery status and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
Assign engineers for installations based on location and payment confirmation.
Close service tickets and send Proof of Delivery (POD) details to HDB.
Prepare and issue quotations.
Record purchase and sales entries accurately.
Manage and update monthly outstanding reports.
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
Generate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) invoices.
Process online payments securely and efficiently.
Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports for decision-making.
Oversee inventory management and stock updates.
