Responsibilities & Requirements of Accountant Cum Office Assistant
Attending Phone calls.
Good communication skill (both written & Verbal).
Greet and Welcome Clients.
Customer service orientation.
Receive letters,packages and distribute them to concerned person.
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Keep updated registers and files.
Take up other duties assigned.
Strong Knowledge in tally.
Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients.
Knowledge in Finalisation of accounts.
Team Management.
Self Motivated.
Presenting budgets and report to upper Management.
Qualification : M.Com/B.Com, with min. 0-1 year experience.
